Clients

Leadership is as unique as the individual. Each engagement is built on the needs of the organization and individual.

Clients

We engage directly with mid sized organizations who have a bench that needs support. Your organization believes that mentors, coaches and advisors are a critical part of the team. Coaches create clarity and focus in your direct manager relationships, increasing trust and driving results with your team.

Leaders: New + Experienced

People initially move into leadership roles due to technical expertise . In their new role, handling the human element is sometimes new, or complex due to organizational structure. What’s expected are new skills to manage a team, department results, and individual contribution all at the same time.

new - never managed a team before - leadership is uncharted territory.

cross promoted - need more strategic skills - bigger picture thinking required.

manage managers - indirectly responsible for many - move from tell to inspire.

Experienced leaders are critical to the success of an organization. The phrase, “It’s lonely at the top” is something I hear often. Having the space to talk and process in a safe environment with an external partner gives Executives the ability to come up with ways of seeing new possibilities. Shifting perspectives when stuck (or in old loop stories) is an invaluable way to move forward.

The difference between coaching and facilitation

Category Coaching Facilitation
Primary Focus Unlocking individual potential through self-awareness and clarity, then translating that insight into purposeful, actionable steps. Creating space for meaningful dialogue, shared understanding, and collective learning.
Role of the Practitioner Asks thoughtful questions, holds space, and challenges constructively — without giving advice or steering the outcome. A neutral guide who designs the structure, manages the process, and ensures balanced participation.
Time Orientation Present to future — focused on goals, change, and growth. Primarily present — focused on creating insight and connection in real time.
Key Outcomes Clients often leave with a sense of clarity, renewed confidence, and practical steps they feel ready to take. Participants often leave with alignment, deeper understanding, and insights that emerge through shared conversation.
